     Irrigation problems; Please call Myers Irrigation at 321-837-3669. If the problem is with common area
  sprinklers please email the HOA at the email address above. If the problem is with the
  sprinkler heads on your property you will be responsible for the repair and payment to fix those heads. 
  You can choose company you want to fix your heads, the company we use will give you a discount.

  This is the only approved mailbox allowed in the community, if you wish to change your mailbox you do not need approval for this mailbox, it is already approved. No others will be accepted or approved.

There is no one there to sign for it.
     Myers irrigation has completed the update for sprinkler times for each pump. If you are on the     associations pump and would like to know what time your sprinklers come on, just e-mail me with your   address and I will provide it to you. 
                                                           ATTENTION OWNERS
  I've had several owners call me recently about maintenance fees. To answer a common question
  asked by these owners, we do not send out invoices nor do we send out late notices. It is the 
  responsibility of the owner to track their payments and keep them up to date. Unfortunately, when the
  payments get behind to a point where we have to take some action, you will receive a notice and be
  responsible for the collection of these fees as stated in the documents.
   As a reminder: Any changes/improvements to your property ie: fences, mail boxes, screen enclosures, paint, roofs etc. must be submitted to and approved by the Architecture Review Committee
before any work is done.

The monthly maintenance fee is $65.00  per month, EFFECTIVE 1 January 2025.
To those who have the irrigation provided by the HOA there is an additional $15.00 per month fee for the use of the system. Owners are responsible for all irrigation issues on their property, the association is only responsible for the system up to the service valve.
          Reminder: Payments are due the first (1st) of each month and late after the seventh (7th).
  ANNOUNCEMENT
 As you are aware, Pinewood Village of Melbourne is operated under certain rules and regulations. You, as an owner, can
 expect the association to enforce those rules and regulations. If you feel as an owner, your neighbors are not complying
 with the published rules and regulations, you can notify the  Architectural Review Committee Chairperson with your

   Attention Owners: At the legally noticed and held annual meeting on September 25, 2021, the membership, by a majority vote, agreed to change the official documents from board meetings being held monthly, to board meeting being held quarterly. If board members decide that a meeting is needed,  notices will be posted on the community bulletin board located at the pool entrance and posted on the website with the required days as directed by Florida Law.
